How it works

After your sign-up, we verify your identity and contact details for these reasons:

  • For security: since daycrunch is fully automated and self-service, landlords do not allow anonymous use of their space
  • For safety: in the very unlikely case there is a fire or any other issue at a site, we need to be able to contact you
  • For billing purposes.

To verify you we check public records based on the contact details you provide. Alternatively we may either call you on the phone or ask you to either send us a copy of a photo-id or present it at your first visit to a daycrunch site.

The verification process can take up to day and you will receive an email once it is completed. If you would like to book a space sooner please email support@daycrun.ch.

Login to the daycrunch booking engine, select your desired date, search for an available room and simply book it. You will get a confirmation email with

  • Reservation times
  • Location details including links to maps
  • PIN Code for opening doors and access to the WiFi

Optionally, you can add participant details during the booking and they too will be emailed the above information.

Note: You can also use the Android and iOS App for booking, opening doors and operating daycrunch space.

Touchpanels are installed at building entrances, corridors and outside rooms at daycrunch powered sites. Use the PIN Code to enter facility and your space. Access the WLAN and have a productive time.

If anything is amiss, drop an email to support@daycrun.ch and we will get it fixed.

Need to go for a lunch break? No problem, use the PIN Code again to lock the room during your absence.

Tidy up the room, replace the chairs to their original position and don’t forgot to remove your flipcharts.

Vacate the space and/or lock the room after you are finished and that’s it!

You will receive an invoice based on your total space usage and consumption of any extras, such as catering or beverages, for the billing period.
